If you’re looking for a fun way to exercise then Zumba is for you! Zumba begins on Saturday, February 8, at 9:00AM, in their new location, the Café! This is a 45-minute class with our very own certified personal trainer, Kat Johnson. This class is for women only, and accommodates beginners through advanced.
